As organizations adopt cloud-based CRM’s and Business Management Tools, connecting to their bank with a variety payment vendors becomes faster and simpler. But with ease comes possible data breaches and new payment methods mean collaborating with a new set of providers – but not all will be equal. In just the last few years, for example, providers launched Zelle®, Same Day ACH, Push to card, Real-Time Payments (RTPs), Venmo, mobile “pays” like Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay and Google PayTM , and more than 1,500 different cryptocurrencies. With the recently approved Visa Mastercard Antitrust Settlement, merchants can receive a part of the $6.26 billion settlement. Come learn how to fight future fraud as well as take part in the monetary payment of Visa Mastercard overcharges to merchants from 2004 to 2019.

Ken Givens has consulted with businesses and non-profits for over 27 years, helping them increase sales, improve profit, and avoid security breaches and losses when accepting cards and electronic payments. As a Payment Services Consultant for financial institutions processing payments for Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express, Ken has been involved in the development of a number of point of sale systems and payment software.
